Butterbelle Nut Butters was founded in 2015 by Food Technologist Zoe Harrison whilst she was studying at Harper Adams University for her degree in Food, Nutrition and Wellbeing.
All of our products are made with the highest quality nuts and flavoured with only natural, nutritious ingredients.
Our range includes a selection of single ingredient nut butters that contain 100% skin-on nuts and nothing else. We also produce a variety of flavoured nut butters using all natural ingredients such as Cacao, Cinnamon, Coffee and Ginger, all known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant properties. Our current range includes Gingerbread Almond Butter, Vanilla Espresso Almond Butter, Cinnamon Cashew Butter, Tiger Nut and Cashew Butter and our best-selling Chocolate Orange Cashew Butter.
Alongside our nut butters we also produce a range of savoury seed spreads including pumpkin seed spread and both hulled and un-hulled Tahini which are great for giving a nutritional boost to salads and roasted vegetables. Butterbelle is a 100% Vegan company and our products are all naturally gluten free.
We pride ourselves on the fact that for product quality and sustainability we do not use single use sachets, as currently there has not been a material developed for this purpose that is recyclable. Instead we encourage our customers to reuse and recycle our glass jars.
We are currently trading at Shrewsbury Farmer’s Market, Made in Shropshire Market, Ludlow Producer’s Market and Moseley Farmer’s Market and we also travel to Vegan events throughout the UK. A list of upcoming fairs can be found on the events page on Facebook.
